My name is Andrew @ Able. I was born on 20 February 1975 in Yangon, Myanmar. In May 1998 to April 2010 I had been served in Ministry of The Salvation Army as the officer for the people those all ages of human are living in different communities, had been served development activities sort of day care, orphanage homes and other community development projects in the Region of Myanmar for 12 Years. later I resigned on 30 April 2010.
In June 2010 to April 2011, I went to Malaysia for the job at a factory, it was operating by 100 over workers, I was a supervisor to lead three different kind of human those are working in that factory, sort of Myanmar, Nepali and Bangladesh, I had been worked there for a year, then I came back to Myanmar.
In August 2011 to July 2016, I worked at a local car rental service named Princess Amara Company as a driver initially, two year later I was appointed to Manager, two years late became GM for that company. There were 100 over drivers and cars was operating in the car rental services. I had been learned a lot and improved so much on that operational fleet management and especially human resource management among the drivers.
In September 2016, I joined to Oway and worked at the Ground Transport Team as a Head for the drivers and vehicles management, later I became HR and LEADER for the drivers when the business was increasing number of them up to 700 over in Yangon when I was leading as a Head of the Transportation to be leading the Fleet Operation Teams, Risk Assessment Team, GPS Tracking Team, Fuel Management Team, Transport Administration Team, Sourcing Team and On-demand Team. There were 15 managers and 30 Staffs, 700 overs drivers were organized well by my provision.
In 2018, I left Oway for a business to be built up by myself, then I bought the company named "Abundant Life" to do the business as service providing to the market for the people in Myanmar. On the other hand, I collaborated an investor from Malaysia for a Modern Business Solution through Technology in Myanmar Market. I am also being a partner of Dragon Rise Solution Co., Ltd and DRS Co., Ltd as well since August 2019.
In 2020, I started the services industries like human resources and fleet management with modern technology for the drivers and the owners, as I have been found the gap between the owners and the drivers, so my passion is to share with them to be better life experiences, it is my purpose of doing the business here in Myanmar.
